Which Free Autoresponder Should You Choose for Affiliate Marketing?

When it comes to affiliate marketing, having an effective autoresponder is crucial for managing and nurturing your leads. In this article, we will compare two popular free autoresponders for affiliate marketing, Systemeio and SendSteed, and discuss their pros and cons. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of which autoresponder is the better choice for your affiliate marketing needs.

Prosperity Marketing System

Systemeio Autoresponder

Systemeio offers a range of features that make it a viable option for affiliate marketers. Here are some of its pros and cons:

Pros:

  • Up to 2000 contacts on the free plan: Systemeio allows you to manage a decent number of contacts without incurring any costs.
  • Unlimited broadcasts and email series: You can send unlimited email broadcasts and create email series to engage with your audience effectively.
  • Email templates: The autoresponder provides pre-designed email templates, saving you time and effort in creating visually appealing emails.
  • Single opt-in available: Systemeio supports single opt-in, which streamlines the subscriber signup process.

Cons:

  • Own domain for sending emails: To maintain deliverability, Systemeio requires you to use your own domain for sending emails, which might involve additional setup and configuration.
  • Only 1 list on the free plan: The free plan restricts you to a single email list, which may limit your ability to segment your audience effectively.
  • Deliverability of emails not really good: Some users have reported issues with email deliverability, which can impact the effectiveness of your email marketing campaigns.

SendSteed Autoresponder

SendSteed is another popular free autoresponder for affiliate marketing that offers a different set of features. Let’s explore its pros and cons:

Pros:

  • Unlimited subscribers: SendSteed allows you to manage an unlimited number of subscribers on its free plan, giving you greater scalability.
  • Up to 10 lists on the free plan: With the ability to create up to 10 lists, SendSteed enables you to segment and target your audience more effectively.
  • 10 broadcasts per month on the free plan: You can send up to 10 email broadcasts per month, ensuring regular communication with your subscribers.
  • Deliverability of emails very good: SendSteed boasts excellent email deliverability rates, increasing the chances of your emails reaching your audience’s inbox.

Cons:

  • Email series not available on the free plan: Unlike Systemeio, SendSteed‘s free plan does not support email series, which may limit your ability to create automated campaigns.
  • Single opt-in not available: SendSteed does not offer single opt-in, requiring subscribers to confirm their email addresses, which can lead to a higher drop-off rate.

Conclusion: Best Free Autoresponder For Affiliate Marketing

After personally testing both autoresponders, I prefer SendSteed due to its powerful features compared to Systemeio.

While Systemeio provides a higher contact limit and unlimited broadcasts, SendSteed offers superior scalability, multiple lists, excellent deliverability, and a generous allowance of monthly broadcasts.

Additionally, SendSteed‘s integration with the LeadsLeap platform provides additional marketing tools and opportunities.

Ultimately, the choice between the two autoresponders depends on your specific needs and priorities in affiliate marketing, as both are considered among the best free autoresponders for affiliate marketing.

  1. Well done article here @Najib

I would disagree with you on one point however.

In your analysis of Systemeio, you listed having your own domain as a negative feature. Actually, having your own domain is a very positive feature for the ISP’s receiving/transmitting your message. It shows you are a serious marketer by not using a free email address which is a stand-out feature of spammers.

Keeping your email out of the prospects spam folder will help you get seen more reliably with a domain-based email.

    1. Thanks Fred.
It is sure that sending with your own domain is more safe, but for beginners it could be a little bit discouraging as it requires additional fee and setup.
      Best Regards,
      Najib
